COCKTAIL PARTY

Invite guests to mingle and taste a wide variety of tastes, textures, and menu items.

10-12 bites per guest 
for a 2 hour party

Approx. 20 bites per guest
to replace dinner

 

BUFFET MEAL

Give guests the opportunity to choose foods they prefer and offer a more casual atmosphere.

Farmstead Cheese Board
and/or 1-3 small bites passed during the cocktail hour.

Green Salad
Bread and Butter Basket
1 or 2 Entrees
2 Side Dishes
(vegetarian and/or specialty
meals if needed)

 

PLATED MEAL

Offer a formal and elegant meal where guests pre-select their menu choices and are served at the table.

FAMILY STYLE MEAL

Bring platters and dishes to the guest tables and invite interaction and conversation during the meal.
